Digital New Media Demonstration, Service and Training Specialist

Midwest Media Group, Inc., a leading reseller of computer & technology solutions for the media
& entertainment/broadcast industry is searching for a highly motivated individual to join our
expanding technical services team in Arlington Heights, Illinois.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, plus have experience servicing and
supporting MAC/PC based non-linear editing solutions and digital workflows. Final Cut Studio
and Apple XSAN experience is preferred. Technical support/training certifications from Apple
and Avid would certainly be regarded as a plus.

Primary job responsibilities will include performing system demonstrations to prospective
customers, system integrations/on-site customer installations, application orientation/training
and on-going technical support.
